How we handle incoming enquiries.
Every email is read by a member of the team. If your enquiry is a fit for the studio, we will follow up with questions and, where useful, propose a short conversation to understand the context better before committing to anything.
If it is not a fit, we will say so directly. We would rather be candid early than begin an engagement we cannot execute well.
Response times may vary depending on ongoing engagements, travel, and the nature of your message. Complex technical questions may take longer to answer than simple scheduling requests.
Please avoid sending confidential information in a first message. Once we agree that a follow-up makes sense, we can arrange a channel appropriate to the sensitivity of the material.
